Large-Scale Event Coverage & International Project Management
For the Invisalign APAC Summit 2025 in Bangkok, our team handled high-level event video production for an international client—working across borders, tight timelines, and a fast-moving, multi-day program.
This six-day production involved 2 teams, 9 cameras, over 40 interviews, live edits, daily uploads, and a 7K-resolution main event film, all while maintaining strict brand standards and coordination with global stakeholders. The summit gathered 2,000+ participants from across the Asia-Pacific region, requiring precise planning, clear communication, and strong on-ground project management.
Due to confidentiality, we are only sharing public-facing videos, as the majority of the content produced was for internal and private use.
This project reflects our experience in managing complex international productions, collaborating with global brands, and delivering under pressure—with a whole lot of teamwork, trust, and grace.
